- Service Errors: If you are charged for a service that was not provided, or if the service was provided incorrectly (e.g., wrong service type), you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 3 business days of the service date to report such issues.
- Quality Issues: For wash services, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning, please report the issue within 24 hours of the service. We may offer a re-wash or a partial refund depending on the situation and at our discretion.
- Cancellation of Services: If you need to cancel a recurring service, such as monthly parking or office rentals, please notify us at least 30 days in advance. Refunds for cancellations are not typically provided, but remaining days after the notice period may not be billed if no services are used.
